At Aetna Building Maintenance, “Kudos,” is more than just a word. Our KUDOS Award Program was created as a tangible way for Aetna to honor and show appreciation for the hard work and dedication of our valuable employees.
All KUDOS Award winners receive a Certificate of Appreciation signed by Aetna President Paul Greenland and VP of Human Resources, Tina Patzer. Winners will be mentioned in Aetna’s newsletter, Soap Box, with a brief summary of why they received a KUDOS Award. Winners also receive a $25 Sams/Walmart Gift Card.
Who can win a KUDOS Award?
All active Aetna Building Maintenance employees are eligible to receive a KUDOS Award.
How are KUDOS Awards earned?
To earn an award, an employee must be nominated via letter or email by a current client. Awards are based on outstanding performance and/or going above-and-beyond the call of duty.
How can a client nominate a deserving employee?
A client who wishes to recognize an employee for outstanding work should communicate this via letter or email to the Account/Building Manager or the Corporate Office. In your letter, please identify the employee(s), explain why you think this individual(s) is deserving of a KUDOS Award and please also identify yourself. All email nominations should go to kudos@aetnabuilding.com.
