Paul Greenland, Certified Business Service Executive, is President and Owner of Aetna Building Maintenance, a company founded by his grandfather in 1936. As the third generation of Greenlands to lead Aetna, Paul grew up hearing about the family business around the dinner table. Following his graduation from Indiana University at Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science in business, he took over one of Aetna's branch offices in 1988 and continued to assume additional responsibilities until being named president ten years ago.

Paul is currently Treasurer of the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) and is expected to become president of the organization in 2015. Years ago, Paul's father, Jay (Julian) Greenland also held the post of President of BSCAI and Paul's upcoming presidency will mark the first time in history that a father and son will have both held the post.

Paul carries on his family's vision for the company, as he is dedicated to providing a safe work environment for all his employees as well as ample opportunities to grow and learn. He also continues the tradition of giving back, with ongoing commitments to organizations such as COSI, Special Olympics and Big Brothers Big Sisters.

An avid wine collector, Paul also enjoys playing golf, traveling and cooking outdoors. A native of Springfield, Ohio, Paul lives in Columbus, Ohio where he lives with his wife of 23 years and their children.
