Responsibilities include recruitment, training, development and communication with team members including performance; planning and assignment of daily/weekly schedules; monitoring and maintenance of company policy and procedures and assistance with customer service and human resource functions.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years management experience (commercial cleaning field is a plus) will be highly motivated and well organized with exceptional communication and people skills.
Responsibilities include managing and directing 100+ individuals at our Columbus, Ohio location; P&L responsibilities, planning and directing activities of personnel.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in management, have 5 years experience managing a large operation (commercial cleaning field a plus), be highly motivated, provide direction, be well-organized and proactive and an outstanding communicator; have employee relations experience in a non-union environment.
Responsibilities include initiating contact with existing and potential customers, monitoring and maintaining accounts, management.
The ideal candidate will have previous account management experience (commercial cleaning field a plus), excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical and judgment skills.
